Harmony Meadows Tennis Resort


Harmony Meadows Resort lies directly in the center of the state’s greatest and most desired recreational area including Lake Chelan, a well-known destination with 105 miles of shoreline that attracts visitors from all over the state along with 40 plus award-winning wineries.

Harmony Meadows began construction in 2016 on the Event Hall which is approximately 7360 sq ft and was completed by the end of 2016. In addition, a horse barn was rebuilt as a maintenance building and the greenhouse was rebuilt as a tennis storage building.

Construction of the eight Laykold Master tennis courts was completed by the summer of 2017 and Harmony Meadows Tennis Resort was open for business.

In 2018 Harmony Meadows was granted a Master Planned Resort Overlay which allowed the construction of hotel rooms and restaurants. The café in the building had been operating since 2016 since it was part of the permitted retail building.

A luxurious Inn that is approximately 2242 sq ft was also built in 2016 which houses three magnificent Bridal suites for the Bride, or the suites can be rented individually, There is also a Bachelor Suite, aptly named the Hayloft Suite for the groomsmen to gather while waiting for the bridal party, or as a weekend getaway for guests looking to hone their tennis skills.

Construction of nine hotel rooms in three buildings began in 2021 and opened for accommodations in May 2021. During that same period, a three-bedroom staff house was constructed to house seasonal employees. The resort is on 12 acres, with an additional two parcels that were purchased in 2022 that are zoned commercial agriculture. These additional two parcels legal are 12 acres each and are currently leased as an apple orchard to a local farmer. The total acreage for sale is 36 acres.

There is a permit in review to build two indoor tennis courts or 8 pickleball courts. There is also a permit in hand to build a tennis pro shop with an exercise room, two spa treatment rooms, and an outdoor pool and spa.

For the golfers in the group, there are also four golf courses nearby including Gamble Sands the #1 rated golf course in the State with two courses with a third 18-hole course that is scheduled to be completed in 2024.

Because the additional two parcels that the owners purchased in 2022 are zoned agricultural; these 24 acres could easily be transplanted into grape vines and be ready for production and bottling in three to five years. The surrounding area has over 40 plus wineries and none of them currently have any lodging rooms. In addition, wine sales could start right away by purchasing grapes from successful growers in both the local area or the Red Mountain AVA or one of the other award-winning AVAs in the State and have it bottled under your own label until your facility is in operation on site. This will dramatically increase traffic and income to Harmony Meadows.

The fact this venue is already well known in the Seattle area as a premier venue for higher-end tennis camps lends itself to expanding its hospitality operation by potentially adding another 20-30 elegant lodging rooms.

Harmony Meadows is well positioned to become the leading destination resort that would include a high-end winery, wedding, and premier tennis venue in the Lake Chelan area.

Harmony Meadows is in close proximity to Lake Chelan, a 54-mile lake glacier-fed lake that is used year-round for boating, fishing, and recreational use. Manson has seen some of the highest appreciation in values in the state over the past five years and appears to be well positioned to continue on this sales trend.
